In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of gxbetplay shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the Platform. gxbetplay reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts at any time.

gxbetplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, gxbetplay's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall gxbetplay's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gxbetplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
